1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Blasty Designs ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Blasty Designs provides graphic design, website development, business email setup, and marketing consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be agreed upon with the client before work begins.

3. Quotes & Payment

• All projects are quoted based on the scope discussed during the consultation.
• A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed milestone schedule.
• Prices are subject to change for projects that grow beyond the originally agreed scope.

4. Revisions

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond what was agreed may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before any additional work is carried out.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. Blasty Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations

Should a project be cancelled after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment covering work completed up to the point of cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blasty Designs will make every effort to deliver quality work on schedule but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or materials.
